EF Education First is seeking a Growth & Partnership Manager in Jakarta to develop and execute marketing strategies for EF EFEKTA, driving brand growth and student acquisition through offline and online activations and strategic partnerships.

The role leads an Activation team, builds collaborations with universities, brands and communities, and manages performance, ROI, and budgets across campaigns and events with a strong sales and revenue focus.

Competenze

• Minimum years in Marketing, Business Development, Partnership, or Activation.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong networking with universities, government, brand, and corporate partners.
• Experienced in event marketing and offline activation.
• Proven track record as an accomplished sales or partnerships leader
• Commercial mindset with strong ownership of revenue targets.
• Data-driven and able to measure marketing ROI.
• Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Mansioni

• Activation Activities: Lead the Offline & Online Activation team; plan and execute activation programs in malls, offices, universities, community events and webinars; ensure activation targets and ROI; manage timelines.
• Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with universities, government institutions, corporate companies, brands, and communities; create co-marketing campaigns; explore expansion into new cities.
• Performance Management: Develop and execute integrated activation strategies to generate qualified leads; oversee all activation and partnership alignment; monitor ROI and budget; optimize lead conversion; collaborate with Telemarketing and Sales; produce SOPs; oversee materials and merchandising.
• CSR & Public Relations: Initiate CSR programs aligned with brand values; organize educational events; build relationships with media and local stakeholders.
