Job summary

PT Idana Solusi Sejahtera, a fintech subsidiary of HC Financial Service Group, is seeking an experienced operations leader in Jakarta to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user needs assessments while producing regular market analysis reports.

You will oversee Customer Service operations, coordinate with the China team, plan marketing campaigns for user growth, and participate in product requirements, testing, and UAT to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital lending.
• Proficiency in Mandarin as working language (spoken and written).
• Strong execution skills and ability to drive results.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user needs assessments; produce market analysis reports.
• Monitor fintech, consumer finance, and digital lending trends; recommend product optimizations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and UX.
• Oversee Customer Service operations; improve service quality; liaise between China and local teams.
• Collaborate with China Operations to plan online and offline campaigns for user growth.
• Join product, tech, and risk teams in requirements discussions, testing, and UAT prior to launches.
• Provide interpretation and translation support between China and local teams when needed.

Job description

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user needs assessments, and regularly produce market analysis reports.

Monitor industry trends in fintech, consumer finance, and digital lending, and provide recommendations for product optimization.

Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to drive product enhancements and improve the overall user experience.

Oversee the daily operations and performance management of the Customer Service team, provide guidance to improve service quality, and serve as the primary liaison between the China team and the local Customer Service team.

Collaborate with the China Operations team to plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns aimed at improving user acquisition and conversion.

Work closely with the Product, Technology, and Risk Management teams by participating in product requirement discussions, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to product launches.

Provide interpretation and translation support between the China team and the local team when necessary.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the consumer finance, banking, fintech, or digital lending industry.

Proficiency in Mandarin as a working language (both spoken and written).

Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, and the ability to effectively manage and deliver results.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multicultural teams.
