Job summary

Akulaku Indonesia seeks a Training Specialist to analyze user behavior and product performance, identifying training needs and delivering effective product and customer service training. You will develop bilingual training materials in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin, and maintain SOPs and guidelines.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure content aligns with updates and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Mandarin Education, Translation, Linguistics, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply (experience in Training, Customer Service, or Product Support within Financial Services and E-commerce is a plus).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written (HSK 5 or above preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about Financial Services and E-commerce; studying or working in China a plus.
