Liaise with the Group Headquarters in China, regularly submit business statements, risk reports and strategy implementation progress updates, execute strategic arrangements from headquarters, and roll out localized operational adjustment plans. Oversee budget control, cost management and capital arrangement, and coordinate financing and finance teams to ensure stable operating cash flow of the business.
Lead automotive finance product planning, channel recruitment and dealer cooperation system establishment; oversee business expansion for new‑car finance, used‑car finance and ride‑hailing vehicle financing. Approve channel policies, interest‑subsidy marketing campaigns and commercial cooperation proposals, and maintain core partnerships with OEMs, large car dealers and automotive groups. Analyze market prices and competitor product strategies, dynamically adjust business pricing and market approaches, and strike a balance between business growth and channel fraud risks.
Management Build and optimize full‑link business operation SOPs, including front‑end channel application intake, middle‑office approval and disbursement, post‑loan asset management, overdue collection, repossessed vehicle disposal, document and title management, and general administrative operations. Reduce operational losses, labor costs and asset disposal costs to improve overall turnover efficiency; coordinate resource allocation for field staff, warehousing and legal litigation operations. Handle major customer complaints, channel disputes and unexpected business incidents to guarantee stable business operation.
Oversee the planning, iteration and implementation of core credit system, risk‑control decision‑making system, auto‑debit repayment system and business management platform. Define digital development roadmap, promote online business workflows, automated approval and visualized data dashboards to reduce manual ledgers. Manage IT vendors and internal technical teams to ensure stable system performance, secure business data and compliant storage of customer information in compliance with Indonesian data‑protection regulations.
Take the lead in building an end‑to‑end risk‑control system covering channel access risk control, customer anti‑fraud, credit approval, mid‑loan monitoring, non‑performing asset management, compliance risk control and AML anti‑money‑laundering management. Set corporate risk red lines (thresholds for overdue ratio, bad‑debt ratio and fraud rate), and approve high‑risk major businesses and bulk disposal schemes for non‑performing assets. Engage with Indonesia’s OJK regulators, tax authorities and legal inspection departments, implement requirements for financial compliance, collection compliance and accounting compliance, and avoid regulatory penalties and material operational risks. Coordinate responses to major risk emergencies including organized loan fraud, channel crises, mass delinquencies and regulatory inspections.
Establish organizational structures for marketing, operations, risk control, IT and functional departments; manage appointment and removal of key core talents, performance appraisal and team‑culture building. Manage external public relations including maintenance of relationships with regulatory authorities, law firms, capital providers, service vendors and industry contacts.
