Job summary

PT. Bali Internusa Gelatonesia is seeking a business-minded General Manager – Operations & Manufacturing to own day-to-day execution, manufacturing performance, and cost control, reporting to the CEO.

You will lead end-to-end manufacturing and operations, manage Production, PPIC, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance and Logistics, and drive P&L improvement, cost savings and KPI achievement in a fast-growing environment in Bali.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in management/leadership roles.
• Strong background in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, frozen food, beverage, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing / multi-function operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, budgeting, forecasting & cost control.
• Data-driven, commercially minded and hands-on.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement is a plus.
