Job summary

PRecious Communications in Indonesia seeks a senior PR leader to drive profits and growth. You will own budgets, margins, forecasting, and pricing decisions across a portfolio, while guiding a team of consultants and maintaining senior client relationships.

You will lead business development across regional clients, shape strategy, and advise on PESO measurement and AMEC/GEO frameworks. The role demands strong commercial literacy, an existing network, and the confidence to engage founders,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PR/communications with senior client and commercial leadership.
• Agency experience: run accounts, teams, resources, and new business.
• Experience serving Indonesian and international or regional clients.
• Strong commercial literacy with budgets, margins, forecasting; P&L ownership preferred.
• Existing network capable of originating and converting new business.
• Proven people management including performance development of staff.
• Comfort engaging with founders, C-suite, or government counterparts.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia in business settings.

Responsibilities

• P&L and business management for your portion of the portfolio with visibility into numbers.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants, including performance conversations and career growth.
• Hold senior relationships on retainer clients and escalate high-stakes moments.
• Lead proposals and pitches across sectors, leveraging your network.
• Apply structured strategic thinking using PESO/AMEC/GEO to guide client problems.
