Job summary

allofresh in Indonesia is seeking an experienced operations professional to own end-to-end improvement initiatives, from problem identification to implementation and post-implementation monitoring.

You will analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analyses, and define KPIs. Design improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, and communicate insights to management. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ERP/WMS/OMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and performance measurement tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and WMS/OMS/IMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and/or last-mile delivery operations.
• Proactive problem-solving and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from problem identification to implementation and post-implementation monitoring
• Analyze operational performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Conduct root cause analyses on operational issues and ensure timely resolution with sustainable fixes
• Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact of initiatives beyond generic tracking
• Analyze complex data to generate insights and provide dashboards or performance indicators for stakeholders
• Act as a change agent within operations, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement culture
