• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and relevant software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in managing and improving day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and develop the operations team to maintain a high-performing work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Assist in budget planning and monitor operational expenditures.
