Job summary

Safround Logistics Group is seeking a logistics professional to handle space bookings, coordinate with shipping lines, and manage pricing inquiries. The role communicates with clients in Mandarin and English, ensuring accurate bookings and documentation through proactive coordination with internal teams.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in shipping or booking operations, familiarity with major lines, and strong negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or booking operations.
• Knowledge of major shipping lines such as EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSC, HMM.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or booking operations.

Knowledge and experience in handling major shipping lines, including EMC, COSCO, CMA, OOCL, MSK, MSC, WHL, ONE, YML, HPL, ZIM, SITC, KMTC, INTERASIA, and HMM.

Familiar with booking procedures, pricing, and shipping documentation.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
