Job summary

PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce platform operations from Jakarta. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding, processing, and client lifecycle management.

You will coordinate with Product, Tech, Merchant Acquisition, and Business Development to implement policies, improve processes, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in digital platform operations or similar roles.
• Experience onboarding merchants and clients, incl. training on platform.
• Good organization, management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Agile and able to multi-task.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor operations of an E-Commerce Platform.
• Review and improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Create and implement policies to improve effectiveness.
• Develop solutions for issues and preventive measures.
• Guide stakeholders through changes and updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Merchant Acquisition, and Business Development for smooth ops.
• Oversee Merchant & Client lifecycle from onboarding to end-of-service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and monitoring the operations of a E-Commerce Platform.
• Reviewing and improving the operational process to achieve higher efficiency.
• Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to achieve higher effectiveness.
• Developing solutions for occurring issues and preventing them.
• Guiding internal and external stakeholders to understand every change and update made.
• Collaborating with the internal teams such as Product, Tech, Merchant Acquisition, and Business Development for smooth operations.
• Handling the Merchant & Clients lifecycle from onboarding to end-of-service.
• Ensuring customer’s expectation is met and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 years’ experience handling digital platform operations or similar roles (Experienced in E-Commerce Platform will be good).
• Experience onboarding merchants and clients, including providing training on how to use the platform.
• Good organization, management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing)
• Agile and able to multi-task.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
