DHL Group in Indonesia is seeking a Customs Operation Specialist to manage end-to-end customs, warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement to support a customer supply chain activity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in logistics or customs operations, fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, and experience with SAP or ERP systems. On-site role with opportunities for growth within DHL Group.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/customs operations.
Strong understanding of customs regulations.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including inventory and SAP transactions.
Coordinate transportation activities (spot rate tender, delivery support, rate implementation).
Handle customs compliance (documentation, permits, declarations, audits support).
Perform logistics administration (SES, MRA, reporting, stakeholder coordination).
Drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade processes.
Support on-site coordination (bi-weekly presence required).
Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity standards.
