Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Subang, Indonesia, is seeking an Operation Executive (Chinese Language) to manage customer relationships and coordinate across internal teams. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Logistics, supply chain or customer operations certifications are advantageous.
• 2+ years in Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations.
• Experience managing customer relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnership.
• Act as the key operational contact for customers and support day-to-day account management.
• Ensure customer requests and operational requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
