Job summary

Dash Electric in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Associate to handle on-demand requests, coordinate drivers, couriers, and field teams, and ensure timely execution.

You will analyze data, improve SOPs, and work with internal teams while staying flexible for urgent needs and field work.

Monitor operational execution and ensure requests are completed within the required timeline.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly in the field.

Track operational data, attendance, fulfillment, and daily performance.

Support the team in improving operational processes and SOPs.

Take ownership of urgent or ad-hoc operational tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in On-Demand Business (Go-Jek, Grab, Etc) is a Big Plus

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable working with fast-changing priorities and urgent requests.

Problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.

Able to work independently and make quick operational decisions.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel and operational tools.

Willing to work in the field when required.

Experience managing drivers, couriers, freelancers, or blue-collar workers is a plus.
