PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor in the Jakarta area. You will lead driver operations, coordinate fleet activities, and ensure safety and efficiency across the unit.

The role emphasizes hands-on field involvement and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in driver management and fleet operations, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant experience in ride-hailing, taxi, transportation or logistics.
• 3–5 years in driver management, fleet ops, vehicle inspection or maintenance; EV experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use diverse technologies and data analytics.
• Must be able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A.
• Willing to work onsite and be actively involved in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver partners to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee onboarding, training and performance of drivers.
• Manage drivers to optimize vehicle utilization and address issues.
• Handle incidents related to assets and drivers; monitor resolution progress.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to meet safety and quality before deployment or after servicing.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia in the Jakarta Raya (Jabodetabek) region. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into operational success and maintaining our commitment to green and smart mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate driver partners to ensure supply-demand balance
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, and performance management
• Manage and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient vehicle utilization, address operational issues, and provide support to enhance driver performance and safety
• Handle arising incidents related to unit assets and drivers on a daily basis. Coordinate to monitor the progress of incident resolution with relevant parties
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all units meet safety, performance, and quality standards before deployment or after servicing.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, and proven experience in a similar industry (Ride-Hailing, Taxi, Transportation, or Logistic Industry)
• Minimum 3 - 5 year of experience in driver management, fleet operations, vehicle inspection, or maintenance (experience with electric vehicle is a plus)
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using various technologies and digital tools with ability in data analytics and administration
• Able to drive car and possesses a valid car driving license (SIM A) is a must
• Willing to work onsite and be actively involved in field operations
