Based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, you will manage timesheets, job sheets, and communications across operations, drivers, mechanics, and project sites while ensuring safety and accurate data recording. This role offers exposure to diverse construction projects and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment, logistics, or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily deployment of heavy equipment, operators, and supporting crew.
• Prepare and update basic operational documents such as timesheets, job sheets, and equipment utilization records.
• Support communication between operations team, drivers, mechanics, and project sites.
• Help monitor equipment availability, job progress, and schedule updates under supervisor guidance.
• Assist in arranging equipment mobilization and demobilization.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure operational data is accurately recorded.
• Ensure administrative processes comply with company procedures and safety (HSE) requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team when required.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, this role is fundamental to supporting the smooth and efficient running of our construction operations. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our projects maintain high standards of organisation, coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Team player with the ability to work under supervision.
