Job summary

Rigspek Perkasa in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia, is seeking a Facility Supervisor/Coordinator to lead the Facility Department. You will create procedures, plan repairs and installations, and supervise maintenance and facility operations on-site.

You will ensure safety compliance, manage repair schedules, and document daily progress. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and English proficiency, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement in warehouse and equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in a related field.
• Strong leadership with interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Highly analytical with strong management and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, eager to learn and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement procedures related to Facility Department.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
• Supervise and lead all maintenance and facility processes and operations.
• Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates; document daily progress reports and maintenance logs (SO Reports).
• Manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
• Re-register all equipment and manage the equipment in the new database.
• Plan and manage all equipment calibration processes and activities.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Assist and cooperate with external auditors related to Facility Department.
• Assist and cooperate with Tender team to process documents related to Facility Department.
