About the job Operations Analyst (Night Shift)

Night Shift & Remote Position

(During the training period, the role will be based in our Jakarta Office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM SGT)

What You Will Be Doing

Analyze customer behavior and identify trends to improve system performance.

Configure and manage the platform as a system administrator when required.

Process and maintain data with accuracy.

Collaborate with the team to report issues or unusual activity.

Ensure tasks are completed on time and with high efficiency.
