Job summary

Lita Global is seeking a proactive Community Operations professional to manage voice-room activities and foster an engaging player community in Jakarta. You will drive recruitment through multiple channels, train voice-room players to uphold guidelines, and monitor operations for quality and compliance.

In this role, you will brainstorm and execute creative voice-room events, actively engage core users and VIPs, and build long-term relationships with high-value players, ensuring a welcoming

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, business development, sales.
• Proficient in business development and negotiation, strong communication in verbal and written.
• Keen on MOBA game, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang.
• Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent in coordination, empathy, and execution skills, creative, initiative-taking, and able to make quick decisions.
