Job summary

SUKU Lifestyle Hotel & Villas in Selong Belanak, Lombok, is seeking a motivated Operational Manager to lead our daily hotel operations and ensure smooth, high‑quality service.

You will supervise and develop the hotel team, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments, monitor occupancy, rates, and guest satisfaction, and work with ownership on budgets and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a hotel or hospitality management position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and hands-on.
• Good knowledge of PMS, POS, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems.

Responsibilities
