Job summary

PT Lucky Rigi Food Indonesia oversees and manages end-to-end operational activities across multiple stores to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent performance. The role involves developing and implementing SOPs, standards, and operational strategies while monitoring sales, costs, labor, inventory, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–5 years of F&B operations experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-store

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-store management position.
  • English proficiency is required, particularly for communication with the management team.
  • Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets/stores simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor cost, inventory management, and store operational metrics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and develop large teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs and operational improvement programs.
  • Experience in new store opening/Grand Opening preparation is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and F&B operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and growing F&B environment.
  • Willing to conduct regular store visits and work operationally in the field when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with operational reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities of multiple stores to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and standards to ensure consistency across all stores.
  • Monitor store performance, including sales, COGS, labor cost, inventory, customer service, and operational expenses.
  • Set and monitor sales and operational targets for each store and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Lead, manage, and develop Store Managers, Supervisors, and Store Crew to ensure strong team performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational evaluations to identify issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor product quality, service quality, cleanliness, food safety, and customer experience.
  • Analyze operational reports and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Handle operational issues and customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Work closely with Central Kitchen, Warehouse & Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, and HR to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Support the opening of new stores, including operational preparation, manpower readiness, SOP implementation, and pre-opening activities.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve store productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular operational performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure all stores comply with applicable company policies, SOPs, food safety standards, and regulations.
