Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a Head of Operations to lead nationwide F&B operations across a large restaurant network. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive operating strategy, standards, and performance across multiple regions.

You will shape team structures, optimize costs, and collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure scalable growth and exceptional customer experience. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within multi-unit retail, QSR, restaurant, bakery, café, or F&B operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations with extensive outlet coverage across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, productivity improvement, and business performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams through periods of growth and transformation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience within high-growth consumer-facing businesses will be highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business expansion.

• Build and develop high-performing regional and area management teams through coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and establish action plans to improve store-level performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful execution of new store openings and expansion projects.
• Foster a strong culture of accountability, performance excellence, and customer-centricity throughout the organization.
