Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking a Process Engineer / Continuous Improvement lead to drive CI initiatives at Belawan, Sumatera Utara. You will engage units to foster CI culture, sponsor improvement projects, and coach local teams.

The role includes monitoring unit KPIs, tracking benefits, and serving as the main CI contact within the unit. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CI/Process Engineering, solid Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and a readiness for full-time placement in the Medan area.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as Process Engineer or Continuous Improvement professional.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Full-Time position available.
• Placement at Belawan, Sumatera Utara (Medan region).

Responsabilités

• Engage units to promote CI culture and sponsor CI-initiated improvements.
• Lead and coach continuous improvement activities and unit-scale projects.
• Train local teams on CI practices and track progress and benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CI efforts at the unit.
• Monitor and report improvements in unit KPIs and customer-related issues.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years of working experience as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
