Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Design, test, and implement modifications to mechanical systems and equipment to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and improved processes.
• Work closely with production teams to train personnel on new equipment and methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs related to process efficiency and output, reporting findings to management.
