Job summary

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk in Citeureup, Bogor, Indonesia, seeks an experienced professional to lead Operational Excellence initiatives across its plants. You will drive boot camps, assessment programs, capacity planning, and KPI reporting to support production efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has an Industrial Engineering background, 3–5 years in OE/LEAN with Six Sigma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Industrial Engineering background required.
3–5 years of experience in OE/LEAN; Six Sigma belt preferred.
Familiar with 6S, LSW, Visual Management, Daily Accountability Process, A3 Report, TPM, SMED, Kaizen and other OE tools.
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Leads Operational Excellence Boot Camps, Assessment and initiatives for the plants.
Leads/Supports Budget planning, direction setting and KRA setting exercises for the division.
Handles capacity management and volume analysis requirements for plants.
Ensures that reports for key performance indicators are generated monthly.
Ensure that all requests for master recipe and production versions are generated and updated.
Leads project requirements initiated by Plant Head.
