The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK), ensuring that training activities and operational processes run effectively and in accordance with applicable standards. The role will also serve as a key liaison between the LPK, head office, Sending Organization (SO) vendors, instructors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Have a comprehensive understanding of LPK operations and business processes, particularly those related to internship/technical intern programs.
Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations and management of the LPK.
Ensure that operational, administrative, and training activities are conducted effectively and in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
Coordinate closely with the head office, Sending Organization (SO) vendors, instructors, and other relevant external parties involved in the LPK process.
Conduct interviews and assessments for prospective trainees/interns.
Work closely with instructors to monitor and evaluate trainees' progress throughout the training program, particularly housekeeping training.
Ensure trainees are adequately prepared in terms of skills, discipline, attitude, and competency before proceeding to the next stage of the program.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates regarding the LPK's activities and trainee progress to the head office.
Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with all stakeholders involved in the training and internship processes.
Min. bachelor’s degree from any reputable University.
Japanese proficiency: minimum JLPT N2.
Previous experience managing or handling an LPK is highly sought after and considered a major advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Candidates based in Cikarang/Bekasi are preferred.
