Confidential in Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to drive corporate innovation and continuous improvement across all functions. You will design and implement CI strategies, lead cross-functional programs, and embed Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA into daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and sustaining performance improvements, benchmarking best practices, and transforming culture toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or Innovation Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across all business functions.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities using PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and Quality Improvement methodologies.
• Establish and manage company-wide innovation programs, conventions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive business process improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Design and deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate improvement project performance and ensure sustainability of implemented initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
• Support organizational culture transformation programs and employee capability development.
• Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative approaches to improve business performance.

Experience preferred:

1. Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
2. Proven track record in organizational development and culture transformation initiatives.
3. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
4. Experience as trainer, assessor, or judge in innovation and improvement programs is highly preferred.
5. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, plantation, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
