Job summary

ParagonCorp in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced manufacturing technology leader to drive productivity, quality, and sustainability across plants. You will identify and deploy automation, digital tools, and Industry 4.0 solutions while collaborating with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to integrate new technologies into operations.

The role requires 6+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial automation, with strong Lean, TPM, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, process engineering, or industrial automation.
• Proven track record in leading technology-driven improvement projects in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Industry 4.0 applications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and driving innovation that makes a tangible impact on operations.

Responsibilities
