Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee all retail stores and regional activities. You will set strategic priorities, standardize policies, and drive performance across sales, margin, and productivity while developing regional teams.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-site retail or FMCG operations and a track record of improving efficiency and accountability across large networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, retail management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or multi-site operations.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior operations leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall retail operations across all stores and regions.
• Establish operational strategies, priorities, and execution plans aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies and company standards.
• Monitor performance and identify operational gaps requiring interventions.
• Drive achievement of sales, gross margin, productivity and other operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop teams and ensure effective management of their respective regions.
• Establish clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Improve productivity, manpower utilization, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational issues are identified.
