Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a Regional Store Operations & Overall Management leader to oversee stores in Bali and nearby areas. You will drive sales plans, monitor targets, and help expand regional market share through strong store leadership and strategic execution.

This role emphasizes regional store operations, staff capability development, and close collaboration with the national platform to align campaigns, brand initiatives, and expansion targets.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the operation and management of stores within the region, formulate sales plans, drive the achievement of sales targets and increase regional market share.
• Implement and audit daily operational standards for regional stores, follow up and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand image.
• Manage the regional team, conduct capability training and development for staff, and build a solid talent pipeline.
• Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform to jointly drive regional business growth, and establish sound partnerships with local collaborators.
• Be responsible for regional store network planning and new store development, and cooperate with the store expansion team to deliver regional store opening targets.
