CNGR Indonesia is seeking a Lead – Mining Operations to oversee daily open-pit nickel production in Central Sulawesi. You will aim for safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting the mine plan and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising production activities, coordinating contractors and equipment, monitoring KPIs, and coaching site teams to deliver targets and readiness for expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in mining operations.
• Strong experience in open-pit nickel mining.
• Experience managing mining contractors and large site workforces.
• Good understanding of production planning, equipment productivity, and mine KPIs.
• Familiar with Indonesian mining regulations and K3 Mining standards.
• Willing to work on roster in Central Sulawesi.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily open-pit mining production activities and achieve production targets.
• Coordinate mining contractors, supervisors, dispatch, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor productivity, ore/waste movement, stripping ratio, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and Indonesian mining regulations.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Mine Planning, Geology, Survey, and HSE teams.
• Lead and develop site operational teams through coaching and performance management.
• Support operational readiness during mine expansion and infrastructure development.
