Job summary

CNGR Indonesia is seeking an experienced Mining Operation Supervisor to oversee daily open-pit nickel mining activities. You will supervise mining crews, manage a fleet of heavy equipment, monitor production performance, and ensure operations align with the mine plan, safety standards, and Good Mining Practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in mining-related field (D3/S1).
• Minimum 5 years in mining operations, with open-pit experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising mining crews and fleet management.
• Knowledge of Good Mining Practice, K3, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily open-pit mining operations (excavation, loading, hauling, stockpiling).
• Ensure production targets, safety standards, and plan compliance.
• Optimize fleet operations and monitor utilization, cycle time, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Geology, HSE, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate supervisors and crews for improved performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Good Mining Practices.
