Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Head of Mining Engineering to build the on-site foundation for a priority nickel project in Sulawesi Tenggara. You will ensure exploration and construction activities comply with ESDM regulations, prioritise safety (K3) and Good Mining Practices (GMP).

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology required.
• POU certification (for legal KTT status) and other certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with mining regulations (ESDM) and liaise with government agencies.
• Lead preparation, evaluation, and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, and AMDAL.
• Oversee mining operations: overburden removal, ore hauling, stockpile management, shipping, and grade control.
• Lead HSE initiatives by enforcing GMP and SMKP compliance.
• Mentor and evaluate the operations team and contractors to meet safety and regulatory standards.
