Job summary

PT KESUMA MAJU SEJAHTERA is seeking a hands-on Supervisor Marketing Property to lead a field-based property sales and marketing team in Palembang. You will set targets, coach the team, and drive lead generation, site visits, bookings, and closing through active field leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property sales/marketing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering consistent bookings and revenue growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property/real estate sales or marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a property sales/marketing team.
• Strong track record of generating property sales and driving consistent bookings and closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a property sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure each team member has clear individual targets
• Monitor team performance including leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, negotiations, and closing
• Identify underperforming team members and provide coaching, training, and direct guidance to improve sales performance
• Develop practical strategies to increase site visits, improve lead conversion, and generate more property bookings and sales
• Actively assist sales team members in handling difficult prospects, negotiations, and closing deals
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Manager, HR, and Operations to ensure marketing campaigns generate quality leads and are followed up effectively
• Evaluate the quality of leads generated from Meta Ads, TikTok, property listing platforms, WhatsApp, exhibitions, agents, and offline activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports including team achievement, leads, surveys, bookings, closing, conversion rate, and obstacles
• Actively participate in exhibitions, property events, site visits, customer meetings, and other sales activities
