Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold seeks a Foreman to lead daily production and supervise field teams in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. You will ensure adherence to work instructions, monitor CCR data, and enforce safety protocols to maintain high efficiency.

The role requires a strong leader with K3 focus, the ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and readiness to operate on-site in challenging mining environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 in Mining, Geology, or related fields.
• Preferably POP certified.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK).
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required).
• Strong leadership, discipline, and adaptability.
• Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
