Job summary

AstraZeneca Indonesia is seeking an experienced Medical Representative for the Lampung region to promote oncology medicines and build strong partnerships with specialists and pharmacies. You will represent our portfolio, convey scientific information accurately, and drive informed decisions that benefit patients.

The role requires a science background, prior pharma sales experience, and excellent communication and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (S1) in science preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in multinational company.
• Proven ability to build external and internal relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with confident presentation and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners and healthcare professionals.
• Building long-term relationships through genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient health.
• Working as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact.
• Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.
• Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.
