Job summary

Medium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Implementation Coordinator to enhance customer onboarding and implementation experiences. This role oversees communication between customers, Sales Teams, and Implementation Specialists, ensuring smooth project transitions.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, thrive in fast-paced settings, and possess excellent communication capabilities. A minimum of 1 year in the Travel Agency industry with GDS systems familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the Travel Agency industry and familiarity with GDS systems.
• Experience in Sales Support and/or Implementation roles is considered a plus!

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and Implementation Specialists.
• Support the handoff process from sales closing to implementation onboarding.
• Ensure all customer requirements, expectations, and project details are accurately communicated to implementation teams.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding onboarding progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and follow-up sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
