IBMC is assisting a premier real estate and luxury villa development group in Lombok to hire a visionary Architect (Real Estate / Villa Development). This on-site leadership role drives design from concept through detailed construction documentation, blending master planning with practical site supervision.

You will coordinate with engineers and consultants, ensure compliance with local regulations, and translate design intent into buildable reality while delivering high-end, culturally aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven track record developing architectural designs from concept through construction and execution documentation.
• Direct, practical experience in urban planning and site integration.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations and buildability requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design/drafting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and designs aligned with project scope and vision.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate systems into buildable designs.
• Review drawings produced by drafters and consultants for consistency.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and site feasibility.
• Provide on-site clarification during construction and supervise build execution.
• Serve as liaison between design teams, site managers, and consultants.
