Job summary

IBMC is actively seeking a Project Accountant (Real Estate / Villa Development) to manage financial control for villa construction projects on-site in Lombok, Indonesia. You will oversee payments, PO workflows, and real-time cost tracking to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in project accounting, cost control, and financial administration within construction or real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in project accounting, cost control, or financial administration.
• Solid understanding of payment processing, PO lifecycle, and project cost tracking.
• Experience with ERP or project-based accounting software.
• Good English communication, written and spoken.
• Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to contractors, suppliers, and consultants per progress and contracts.
• Prepare and track purchase orders with site teams and procurement.
• Record and classify project expenditures against budgets and WBS.
• Maintain audit trails and ensure invoices, certifications, and sign-offs before disbursement.
• Support the Project Manager with burn rate reviews and cost variances.
