ARCHESTET GROUP is seeking a Site Supervisor – Public Building in Bali to oversee daily on-site operations for public infrastructure projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, reading drawings, and English communication. The position involves managing resources, conducting site reporting, and leading meetings with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for public building projects.
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor work progress and prepare regular site reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local authority requirements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, technical challenges, and delays.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards.
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Lead site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
• Ensure proper documentation and site administration are maintained.
• Willing to be placed at project sites and work with flexible hours when required.
