Job summary

Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking an Electrical Engineer Non-Shift Supervisor for our Bekasi plant in West Java. The role focuses on supervising daily electrical operations, ensuring safe, efficient performance of all equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, strong PLC and motor knowledge, and hands-on preventive maintenance experience. On-site work in the Cikarang area is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years in electrical field, manufacturing preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors.
Experience with preventive & predictive maintenance.
Willing to work on site in Cikarang area.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily electrical operations, ensuring safe operation of equipment and systems.
Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and automation devices.
Plan preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies.
Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight for electrical technicians.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support operational and project requirements.
