PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a senior Mechanical Maintenance Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for heavy industrial equipment at our plant near Cikarang. You will supervise mechanics, install workers, and ensure safe, compliant work practices while optimizing spare parts inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in steel or heavy industry, and is

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in steel manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety, maintenance standards, and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of Mechanical preventive and breakdown Maintenance jobs. Coordinate, schedule, and direct staff.
• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installation, and repairers.
• Inspect, test, and measure completed work to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.
• Inspect and monitor work areas, inspect tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent unsafe conditions or violations.
• Maintain spare parts according to consumption rate.
