Job summary

Glints is seeking an experienced On-Site O&M Engineer to operate in a full-time, on-site capacity at a data center facility in Cikarang, Indonesia. The role emphasizes maintaining high-availability server clusters, performing hardware replacements, and leading incident response.

You will work with Linux/Windows Server environments, DCIM and BMS tools, and coordinate with OEMs to resolve issues while mentoring junior technicians. On-call shifts and strict SLA adherence are expected.

Qualifications

3+ years in data center operations or server maintenance.
Experience with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, Inspur, or H3C servers.
Proficient in Linux and Windows Server environments.
Familiar with DCIM, monitoring, and asset management tools.
Able to work 24/7 shifts and on-call.

Responsibilities

Support 24/7 cluster operations and data center IT infrastructure.
Perform server racking, cabling, hardware replacements, and firmware upgrades.
Diagnose and resolve server, storage, network, OS issues; escalate as needed.
Monitor alarms, health metrics, and capacity using DCIM, BMS, and ticketing systems.
Guide and mentor junior technicians during shifts and incidents.
Maintain inventory for spare parts, assets, and SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
Coordinate with OEMs, logistics, network teams, and customers.
