Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced Data Centre Infrastructure Support Engineer to deliver hands‑on, mission‑critical hardware engineering for a key enterprise client in Purwakarta, West Java. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in Data Centre operations, IT infrastructure maintenance, or Telecommunications infrastructure.
• Substantial hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical enterprise servers, switches, storage arrays, racks, and structured cabling.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in diagnosing server hardware issues involving RAID controllers, hot‑swap hard drives, DIMMs, NICs, and redundant PSUs.
• In‑depth knowledge of optical fiber and copper cabling standards, patch panels, optical attenuation, and transceiver optics including SFP, SFP+, and QSFP form factors.
• Solid working familiarity with remote server administration tools including HPE iLO, Dell iDRAC, IPMI platforms, and KVM switches.
• Foundational understanding of core networking protocols and configurations including TCP/IP, VLANs, trunking protocols, LACP bonding, and routing fundamentals.
• Basic operational proficiency with Linux operating systems and command‑line system status utilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with proven professional communication skills and the willingness to work onsite in Purwakarta with on‑call/emergency availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct, hands‑on installation, racking, stacking, cabling, and labeling of enterprise servers, network switches, and storage arrays inside the data center.
• Execute physical structured cabling installations, patch panel cross‑connections, and cable management utilizing fiber optics, copper cables, and SFP/QSFP transceivers.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware component faults, including disk drive failures, RAID arrays, system memory (RAM), network interface cards (NICs), and power supplies (PSUs).
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot out‑of‑band remote server management systems utilizing HPE iLO, Dell iDRAC, IPMI, and networked KVM consoles.
• Conduct fundamental network diagnostics, troubleshooting TCP/IP communication, VLAN tagging, port trunking, LACP link aggregation, and basic routing issues.
• Coordinate on‑site hardware maintenance, warranty replacements, and RMA activities directly with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support vendors.
• Manage routine data center site inspections, environmental checks, rack containment monitoring, and hardware decommissioning in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Provide prompt onsite emergency response, incident containment, and on‑call operational support to maintain maximum system uptime in Purwakarta.
