Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and the Omnicommerce team powers Grab's offline dining business in Indonesia. As Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager in the ID Omnicommerce team, you will drive financial governance, P&L management, forecasting, and strategic growth for the business unit.

You will report to the Strategy & Planning Omnicommerce Manager and be based onsite in Grab's Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the startup or technology industry.
• Strong P&L management and financial modeling experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling with management-ready decks.
• SQL proficiency is required for data analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget planning and forecasting across segments and territories.
• Own strategic projects from planning to end-to-end execution to expand merchant selection and improve margins.
• Oversee Enterprise segment and bank partnerships strategy and growth.
• Drive competitive intelligence and provide actionable insights for management.
