Job summary

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager, Deliveries Demand Strategy, to bridge strategy development and execution for GrabFood and GrabExpress. Based in our Jakarta office, you will align demand levers with stakeholders to support top-line growth and drive business planning cycles.

You will lead forecasting, promo design, and performance tracking, building dashboards and analyzing financial metrics to inform decisions across the delivery platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, business analysis or campaign development.
• Experience in tech industry or market planning from FMCG is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Structure problem statements with root cause analysis to ensure the right problems are solved for GrabFood and GrabExpress.
• Develop forecast for GrabFood and GrabExpress weekly to yearly, including run rate monitoring.
• Design promo schemes, funding schemes, and profitability levels.
• Monitor performance of each lever, flag variances needing action.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards showing key financial metrics with timely refresh.
• Identify trade-offs in business impact during decision making.
