Job summary

Grab Indonesia is seeking an experienced Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager for the ID Omnicommerce team. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, driving growth initiatives and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Based onsite in Jakarta, you will coordinate cross-functionally to execute strategic projects, expand merchant networks, and strengthen partnerships while shaping the future of Grab's offline-to-online dining strategy in one of its largest markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in startup or technology environment.
• Strong P&L management and financial modeling experience with profitability improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong presentation and storytelling; ability to create management-ready decks.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting; cascade targets into segment budgets and drive actions to stay on target.
• Own end-to-end strategic projects to expand merchant selection and improve margins.
• Drive enterprise partnerships strategy; scale bank partnerships and tailored product solutions.
• Monitor competitors and market trends; provide actionable insights to management.
