Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a focused professional to coordinate and drive shrinkage improvements across oil loss processes at the Marunda Refinery. You will audit procedures, analyze data, and lead PDCA-based improvement plans with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include regular reporting, meetings on losses and gains, and ensuring adherence to safety and SAP governance within the refinery environment.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree in Statistica or equivalent.
• Having 1-2 years of working experience in Oil Loss.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Good in analytical thinking, detail oriented and multitasking.
• Proficient and resilient in processing large amounts of data, with a keen eye for detail and thoroughness.
• Mastery of advanced Excel, preferably with an understanding of queries and macros.
• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement to achieve shrinkage targets.
• Perform quick and precise responses to shrinkage issues to support corporate goals.
• Plan shrink nilal improvements using PDCA (Quality, quantity, time).
• Audit system implementation and loading/unloading procedures.
• Hold regular meetings to discuss loss/gain and improvement plans.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor shrinkage values and maintain existing targets.
• Coordinate improvements with relevant sections and kaizen activities.
