Job summary

GoldenAgri in Bekasi, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Refinery & Fractionation Operations Officer to supervise daily production, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with the Master Production Schedule. You will drive operational excellence, manage production administration, and lead a high-performing team while coordinating with the Engineering department for preventive maintenance.

Shift-based role at Marunda Refinery with SAP experience preferred and a strong focus on HACCP, ISO, and RSPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as officer.
• Solid understanding of Palm Oil Refinery and Fractionation processes.
• Proficient in SAP and production administration (optional).
• Proven experience in supervising and leading operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Refinery & Fractionation operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure daily and monthly reports are correct and on time (SAP).
• Maintain employee data and training schedules for Refinery and Fractionation staff.
• Lead HACCP, ISO, and other quality and safety systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering for preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.
• Manage procurement and spare parts within budget.
• Review and improve reports and procedures as needed.

Job Description Summary

Oversee and coordinate Refinery & Fractionation operations, ensuring production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the Master Production Schedule provided by PPIC. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining quality and safety standards, managing production administration, and leading a high-performing operations team.

Job Description

• Ensure daily and monthly reports are correct and on time as SAP transaction.
• Communicate matters related to daily report and SAP transaction with related parties.
• Ensure employee data on Refinery and Fractionation plant is updated.
• Ensure the training schedule for all employees in Refinery and Fractionation.
• Ensure the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has occurred in accordance to HACCP and ISO.
• Ensure SOP and WI are implemented properly and correctly
• Submit changes to MR if there are adjustment to procedures, WI, forms and other documentation related to system implementation
• Check the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and 5R.
• Run safety regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
• Collaborate with Engineering Department to carry out preventive maintenance schedule and ensure instrument equipment can be used properly.
• Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
• Ensure the administration for the purchase of goods in accordance with the existing budget goes well.
• Ensure spare part availability for Refinery and Fractionation Plant is available in spare part warehouse and communicate with Dept. Engineering and spare part warehouse
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of the work area.
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as officer.
• Solid understanding of Palm Oil Refinery and Fractionation processes.
• Proficient in SAP and production administration (optional).
• Proven experience in supervising and leading operational teams.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed at our Marunda Refinery.
