Job summary
Tech Recruit is seeking a Senior Key Account Sales Manager for DCS & Process Automation in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with oil & gas downstream operators, refineries, and EPC contractors, driving high-value automation projects, and coordinating across regional teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant B2B sales experience, ideally 10+ years in industrial automation or related industries.
- Proven experience selling DCS, process control systems or integrated process automation solutions.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic accounts across Indonesia's oil & gas downstream, refining, petrochemical and chemical industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for DCS and process automation solutions.
- Lead complex, long-cycle industrial automation sales projects from identification to contract closure.
- Collaborate with technical, engineering and pre-sales teams to develop competitive proposals.
