Job summary

PT Transavia Otomasi Pratama seeks an experienced Project Control professional to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans across engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning stages. The role involves rigorous progress tracking, risk analysis, and performance reporting for automation projects in the oil & gas sector.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in project control, with hands-on experience using MS Project and Primavera P6,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics Engineering / Instrumentation Physics from a reputable university.
Have minimum 5 years working experience in project control, planning, scheduling, or project monitoring.
Experience in oil & gas, EPC, automation, instrumentation, or control system projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, manpower plans, and progress measurement for projects.
Monitor engineering, procurement, programming, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover progress against the approved baseline.
Prepare and maintain project control reports, including S Curve, progress reports, look ahead schedules, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor project cost, resource utilization, potential delays, and project risks, and provide early warning to the Project Manager.
Coordinate project control activities with Project Manager, engineering, procurement, site team, QA/QC, HSE, vendors, and client.
